Based in Haldwani, Uttarakhand, SM Pal Group is a group of companies that embarked on its journey with its initial establishment of the company – Pal Stone Industries in 1988-1989 as suppliers of quality raw materials, stones, and grits from its stone crushing unit at Halduchaur, Haldwani. Being in the industry for over 3 decades, Pal Stone Industries bagged nameworthy projects from prestigious clients such as the Gokul Dam Project and Indian Railways, respectively. Catering to customers all across the Kumaon region of Uttarakhand, SM Pal Group commits itself to a transparent and customer-centric approach to business.
The growth and development of Pal Stone Industries marked the diversification of the group into various other industry verticals, namely:
- Real Estate Development as Pal Colonisers
- Car dealerships as Pal Ford and Pal Nissan
- Processors of frozen foods as Pal Frozen Foods
- Contract Farming as Pal Farms

SM Pal Group is a company based in Haldwani, Uttarakhand. We began more than 30 years ago as a supplier of stones and grits. Providing crushed & natural stones & grits to the customers.
THE FOUNDER
A visionary and a self-created man, Mr. Suresh Pal, is the founder of the legacy – what we today know as the SM Pal Group. His enterprising outlook, farsightedness, discovering opportunities, hard work, sincerity and effort, led him to his accomplishments and reach greater heights. In no time, the company achieved the milestone of supplying stones and grits to the Indian Railway, NHAI and many more large companies. This marked the beginning of the diversification of the company which was soon to be established as an empire – SM Pal Group – a vision which was always etched in the mind of the founder, since its time of inception.
Mr. Suresh Pal’s vision and efforts, combined with his team’s dedication bring SM Pal Group where it stands today – an empire that has won accolades, awards, and certifications across the nation for client satisfaction and on-time quality delivery of services. With massive historical progress and a futuristic vision, SM Pal Group will continue to grow and develop in its endeavors in the coming years.
