Diversification continued for SM Pal Group in the automobile dealership space and in 2009, the group started Pal Ford. Furthermore, as a successful dealership, it expanded across Kumaon and set-up
its sales outlets in Almora, Pithoragarh, Rudrapur, Khatima and Sitarganj.

Two years later, in 2011, the company took up the dealership vertical of Nissan Automobiles which too is currently running successfully for the past seven years.  In 2023, under Pal Prateek Automobiles LLP, a Skoda dealership was established with its first showroon in Haldwani.
